Online Registration
To make registration for the race easier, we provide an online registration option. A registration is considered valid online registration only if it is completed on this page and the participant finalizes it by paying the entry fee online using a card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MaestroCard or American Express) through the Simple Pay payment system. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your registration, so you do not have to worry about whether your application has been successfully received.
Please make sure that your card is enabled for online payments. If at the end of the transaction you see the message “Successful payment!”, you will shortly receive a confirmation email in your inbox indicating that your registration for the event has been successfully completed. Please note that the entry fee applied is the one valid on the day of payment.
Due to the specific characteristics of the race venue, the organizers will again limit the number of participants to 4,500 people. Therefore, we recommend registering as early as possible. If this number is reached before the event, registration will be closed.
Race Pack Collection
Important: Pre-registration is available only for participants who submit their registration by midnight on September 10 at the latest. Registrations made after this date will only be able to complete registration and collect their race pack on the day of the event at the venue. Information about the location and time of pre-registration will be sent by the organizers via email.
At the race venue, registration and race pack collection will be available as follows:
- 4 × 2.5 km relay start at 10:15 – on-site registration: 7:00 – 9:45
The organizers reserve the right to modify the pre-registration and on-site registration schedule.
Awards
The 1st–3rd place relay teams (based on absolute ranking only) will receive valuable prizes offered by the event’s supporting partners.

Additional Information
Transfer and Modification of Registration
Registration for the Debrecen Airport Run cannot be transferred.
Changing registrations to another person or modifying distances within the event creates significant administrative and organizational challenges for the organizers; therefore these changes are not possible. If the registered participant decides to hand over their race pack and bib number to another person, that person may participate using the registered participant’s data. However, a written authorization or the presence of the registered participant is required when collecting the race pack.
As registration cannot be transferred, if you have already registered but cannot attend the race, you may still collect your race pack within one week after the event at Debrecen International Airport. Entry fees are non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
Corporate Registration – “Company on the Run”
Corporate teams pay the same entry fees as individual participants. If you wish to participate as a company team in the 10 km relay race, you have the option to compete wearing distinctive team shirts.
During registration, you will also have the option to request an invoice.
Invoice Request
An invoice can be requested during registration by clicking the “I am purchasing as a company” button. The invoice will be sent in the confirmation email.

Payment Methods
Registration for the race is possible only through the online registration interface with card payment. The entry fee must be paid in order to finalize the registration. Accepted cards include Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MaestroCard, Maestro and American Express.
Do not worry about using your card — payment details are entered on a secure online payment page.
Parking
Parking during the event is available free of charge in the area indicated on the “Event Map”.
Arrival by Public Transport or Bicycle
The event venue can be reached by bus or bicycle. Visitors arriving by bus can check the special event schedule on the DKV website. Secure bicycle parking will be provided for participants arriving by bike.

Changing Facilities
Changing facilities will be available at the event in tents marked “Changing Room”, indicated on the “Event Map”. Separate tents will be provided for women and men.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom service will be available at the event venue, as indicated on the “Event Map”.
Food and Drinks
During the event, visitors and participants will be able to enjoy a variety of high-quality street food and drinks.
Refreshment Stations
There will be refreshment points (water) at several locations along the course to help you stay energized throughout the race.
Medical Service
Qualified medical staff will be available throughout the entire duration of the race to ensure participants’ safety.
Live Results
Thanks to our online system, race results and runners’ rankings can be followed in real time.

Registration for the race is available exclusively online.
Visitors and accompanying guests can attend the event free of charge and cheer for the runners without registration.
This year race packs/bib numbers can only be collected by presenting the QR code received in the confirmation email, either in advance or on the day of the event at the venue. Without presenting the QR code, our staff will not be able to hand over the race pack or bib number.
Yes, another person may run under your registration, but we are unable to change the registration details.
Because changing a team member does not involve a financial transaction. The paid amount remains the same after modifying a team member.
You can collect the race pack associated with your purchased ticket within one week after the race at Debrecen International Airport by presenting the confirmation email received after purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the ticket price unless the purchase was duplicated.
If the payment was duplicated, the extra amount will either be credited to your balance (which can be used for registration until the end of the following year) or refunded to the bank account you provide.
Yes, free parking will be available during the event. You can view the parking area on the Event Map.
Yes, two Changing Room tents will be available at the event venue — one for women and one for men.
The requested size can only be guaranteed until the end of the pre-registration period, as the T-shirts are ordered two months before the event. Due to production timelines, the quantities are ordered based on statistics from previous years.
Yes, it is possible to run with a stroller.
